If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have had exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19: Please complete COVID-19 Notification Form so we can follow-up with you and assist you through this process.

If you have non-emergency health questions: We are available for Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Closed every Friday from May 27 to August 5.) Immunization Documentation

All immunization documentation should be submitted via the St. John’s Student Online Patient Portal. We are no longer accepting documents via mail or email.

Our Services

Our services are free for all undergraduate, graduate, and law students.

We are providing telehealth medical appointments. You can schedule an appointment on the Online Patient Portal. Student Health Services operates on an appointment basis. This system decreases the time spent waiting to be seen. Due to the ongoing COVID-19, walk-ins are not accepted at this time. If you call for a same day appointment, you will be seen at the first opening in the schedule. If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel your appointment online or call to cancel the appointment.

Remember, proper hand washing is one of the best ways to prevent illness and stay healthy.
