Committee Goals

  1. Align personnel resources with the University’s strategic needs and priorities to increase the efficacy of our operations. Invest in human capital to ensure that the University is recruiting and retaining a highly qualified and exceptionally performing employee base that reflects the diversity of the students that we serve.
  2. Improve cost effectiveness of existing resources through proactive and targeted data-driven strategies. Prioritize resource allocations for institutional centers of excellence.
  3. Optimize St. John’s physical presence, focusing on the University’s footprint, infrastructure, and technology.
  4. Grow and diversify net tuition revenues.
  5. Identify, pursue, and secure non-tuition funding sources.
